A review problem with a clear boundary.
A focused conversation starts with one kind of report and the source set used to support it. The question might be whether material qualifiers in report claims can be traced to exact passages, how partial support is represented, or how a reviewer can recover evidence that an initial search misses.
Describe the outcome you would want to evaluate in your own workflow: for example, whether another reviewer could inspect the same source version and understand why a claim received its assessment. Any assessment remains limited to the supplied sources; it does not establish objective truth or source credibility.

A short outline is enough to begin.
In your first message, it helps to include:
- Team or role. Who would use or review the result?
- Review problem or current workflow. Where does source verification take effort?
- Approximate report/source volume. A rough scale is sufficient.
- What the team would like to evaluate. Name a useful review outcome.
